excellent stay, minor hiccup

My room was very clean and modern. it felt high quality! the bed was super comfortable. i had both a bathtub and shower. It was great! the breakfast had lots of fresh fruit available and many choices. I appreciated that a lot.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. Eggs were made live, though the area got busy around 9 am. there were lots of choices available! the buffet diner offered many options, too. the value was good for the price.

The staff were friendly, though they seemed tired. It was visible they were under pressure. i found it odd that i had to pay a deposit! i was not informed beforehand, and this feels prohibited for a hotel of this level.

the premium room was very spacious. i enjoyed having both a bathtub and a shower in my room! the room was quiet and faced the back, so i did not hear any traffic. this contributed positively to my rest.

pretty good, except a little thing
live eggsupgraded roombig bedbad smell
this hotel felt good. the breakfast had many options, they made eggs live. my upgraded room had much space and a big bed. the air conditioning worked fine.
the bathroom was inside the bedroom and i could smell it sometimes. it was not nice. the door did not closed the toilet completely.

the staff were friendly and mostly efficient. front staff were available. almost everyone was very thoughtful and caring, i appreciated that. staff were ready to help.

the room had enough space and stylish design. rooms were clean. i had a double bed with clean sheets. temperature was locked to 19 degrees, this was fine.

the gym is available . there is both an inside and outside pool. i liked hanging around the pool and sip on drinks. the scenery is great here.

the hotel is near to main roads. it is maybe a 45 minute walk in to town. the area is not the most picturesque. the location is acceptable for me.

breakfast had a lot of options, including live egg preparation. gets busy at peak times. the dinner buffet was fantastic. breakfast and dinner are both good here for me.
